My subscription

How much does the subscription cost?

  • The subscription for adults (18-64 years old) costs €29 per year.
  • The subscription for seniors citizens (65 years and over) costs €15 per year.
  • It's free for juniors* (less than 18 years) purchased in conjunction with at least 1 adult or senior annual subscription.

I do not ski myself but I want to take out a subscription for my children. Is that possible?

Of course! The subscriber does not have to actually use the skipass.
Please note that if you take out a membership only for children under 18, they will not benefit from free membership.

 

How long my subscription is valid?

Membership is valid for 1 year.
It allows you to ski throughout the Autumn and Winter season and to have access to Summer activities.
Do not hesitate to consult the Resorts pages for the opening dates of the ski areas and the activities on offer.

It is renewable by tacit agreement on each anniversary date.
The renewal process is automatic and transparent: we notify you by e-mail at least one month before the renewal date of your membership.
You can cancel your membership (and that of your tribe's subscribers) at any time from your account in [My tribe].

If your membership was valid for the 2023-2024 winter season, it will be tacitly renewed every 1st October.

 

Why should I choose a "heart" ski area?

Your skipass will be designed with its colors and you will receive informations on the ski area, his News and Highlights, good plans, weather / snowfall alert.
Your card will, of course, work in all Ski à la Carte ski areas, without any intervention on your part.

 

I would like to add a subscription on my account.

You can subscribe up to 6 people on your own account.
Go to your account, [My Tribe].

 

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription and/or those of your tribe by logging on to your personal account and going to [My tribe].

You have 2 choices:
- Cancel on the same day
- Cancel at the end of the subscription, to avoid renewal.
(If you have taken out insurance, this will also be cancelled).

Please note that all validations are final.

 

Is it possible to withdraw my subscription?

Subscription (and services) is not subject to the application of the right to withdraw provided for in articles L.221-18 onwards of the French Consumer Code on Distance Selling.

 

If I terminated my subscription, can I reactivate it later?

You can reactivate one or several cancelled subscription in the middle of the season. Go to your account, [My Tribe].
No need to ask a new card ; you can use the one you received when you joined us the 1st subscription.

When you register, you can download the pdf file before paying for your order.
You can also find them on our website, section Standard Terms and Conditions.

 

My skipass

Do I have to charge my skipass before I go skiing?

No, once you've got your card, there's nothing more to do!
Everything is already programmed; your card will be active in the 8 Ski à la Carte areas.
Please note: your Ski à la Carte card must only be used for this programme!

Please do not load other ski passes onto your card: otherwise you risk paying twice for your ski day.

 

Do I need a photo on my skipass?

No but your skipass is non-transferable: it just features the surname and first name of its holder.

 

How can I pick up my skipass?

2 different ways:
- BY POST. The sending of the skipasses will start in November.
  You should allow 7 - 12 days for it to be delivered.

- FROM THE RESORT*. (cf more details in the folowing section Ski Areas)

3 Vallées : No pick-up point / only by post (Failure to respect the postal deadline between the date of purchase and your 1st day of skiing will result in a charge of €10 per replaced card).

 

I have lost my skipass. How can I cancel it?

If your pass is lost or stolen, you have to cancel it so that your pass(es) cannot be used by anyone else.
Go your account, [My tribe] and click on [Loss/stolen].

You will be charged a €10 card replacement fee (to be paid at the time of your request).

 

My pass does not work and seems to be faulty. What should I do ?

Please go and visit one of points of sale in the resorts (cf their website).

 

Ski areas

In which ski areas can my card be used ?

Your skipass can be used on 8 ski areas / 18 resorts:

  • Les Arcs - Peisey-Vallandry / -Paradiski

  • La Plagne / Paradiski

  • Grand Massif / Flaine / 4 Villages (Sixt, Samoens, Morillon and Les Carroz)

  • Serre Chevalier

  • Les 3 Vallées (Courchevel, Brides-les-Bains, Méribel, Saint Martin de Belleville, les Menuires, Val Thorens, Orelle)

  • Tignes - Val d’Isère

 

Where can I pick up my skipass?

Please noteNo collection point for les 3 Vallées. Please allow 7 working days for delivery within France and 12 working days for delivery outside France.
Failure to respect this postal deadline between the date of purchase and your 1st day of skiing will result in a charge of €10 per replaced card.

How much does the subscription cost?

Is there a different price for adults, seniors or children for Ski days?

No, we only apply a DAY rate, whatever the age of the skier, which cannot be combined with the reduced 1/2 day or 4 hour rates.
The Ski à la Carte rate is based on the public 1-day Adult rate, on which we apply discounts of up to -40% every day of the winter season.

NB for the Les Arcs/La Plagne Areas:
If you switch from one of the areas to the other on the same day, the Ski à la Carte day rate in force is based on "Paradiski" rate.

NB for the Tignes/Val d'Isère Ski Areas:
The Ski à la Carte day rate in force is based exclusively on the "Tignes + Val d'Isère Ski Area" rate, regardless of the number of passages and whether the Beneficiary has skied in all or part of the said Ski Areas.

NB for the Trois Vallées Ski Areas:
The Ski à la Carte day rate in force is based exclusively on the "Trois Vallées Ski Area" rate, regardless of the number of passages and whether the Beneficiary has skied in all or part of the said Ski Areas.

NB for Grand Massif Domaines Skiables, Les Arcs  and La Plagne Ski Areas:
These 3 areas offer children's rates. Please consult the price calendar.

 

Where can I find Ski à la Carte rates?

The Ski à la Carte DAY rates are published on the 1st page of our website or on the dedicated pages of each ski area within the Ski à la Carte perimeter.
Do not hesitate to consult them.

 

 

My account

How does my account work?

Your account is the place where all the information about you (and your skiers) is recorded.
You can access this account at any time by entering your email address and the password you chose when you ordered your pass(es).

Here you can find:

  • Your subscribed skiers personal information
  • Your tribe (subscribe new skiers, insure new skiers)
  • The days you have skied: a reminder of the place and date of the days you have skied, invoices, payments etc

Any information concerning your bank or personal details (address, password) can be easily updated in your account, in [My account].

Only the full name and date of birth of the member and the subscribers of your account cannot be changed. If you wish to request a modification or deletion, you have to use the form available on the Personal Data page.

 

I cannot remember my password. How can I get it sent to me again?

When you sign in to your account, click on [Forgot your password?]. An email will be sent to you. Click on the link (this link could be used once and is only available 24 hours) and change your password).

 

I have a question about my account, who should I contact?

In the [Need help] menu, you find a [Contact us] form.
You then have 2 options:

If you are logged in to your account, your request will be sent to your "Heart" ski area, which you chose when you joined.

If you are not logged in to your account, your request will be sent to our Customer Service, based in Chambéry.
The team is available :

  • From 15 April to 15 November Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm. Saturday, 8 am to 12 am and 1:30 pm to 5 pm.
  • From 16 November to 14 April Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm.

I have had a problem during my day's skiing, who do I contact?

Log in to your account, then go to the [Need help] page.

From the [CLAIM] section:
1- Select the ski area concerned by your complaint
2- Click on [Access the complaint site].

You will be asked to complete your request.
Don't forget to indicate your Ski à la Carte account number in the ‘comments’ field of the form to make it easier for the ski area team to process your request.

 

Services and Benefits

How does my loyalty bonus work?

The more you ski in the 8 resorts in the Ski à la Carte network, the more Loyalty Days you get: your 9th day* is €1, as are all subsequent 5th days* over the period of validity of your membership!

(Excluding ski days at the 3 partner resorts).

*Please note that your Loyalty Days counter is reset to 0 each time you renew or reactivate your membership.

 

Can I subscribe to ski insurance?

Yes, Ski à la Carte sells a dedicated insurance. See all the details in the following section.

 

Carré Neige Liberté

Do I need the Carré Neige Liberté insurance for all the skiers I subscribed?

It is up to you to decide whether or not to take out Carré Neige Liberté insurance when you sign up, or later from your personal space.
Of course, if you already have insurance, there's no need to take it out again.

 

How much does Carré Neige Liberté insurance cost?

It is also priced at only €19 per Winter and per skier.
The insurance is renewed by tacit agreement, at the same time as the membership (on the anniversary date of the membership).

Can I subscribe to Carré Neige Liberté insurance in the middle of season?

Yes, of course!

Log on your account and go to section [My tribe].
The insurance will be renewed with the subscription (on the anniversary date of the membership).

 

Can I cancel an insurance?

You benefit from :

- The right of renunciation provided for in article L. 112-2-1, II, of the French Insurance Code, for a period of fourteen days from taking out the insurance, if the insurance was taken out for purposes that do not fall within the scope of the Member's professional activity, if the duration of the insurance cover is at least one month and if the insurance contract has not been fully executed at the express request of the Member;

- The right of renunciation provided for in article L. 112-10 of the French Insurance Code, for a period of thirty days from the date the insurance was taken out, if the insurance was taken out for purposes that do not fall within the scope of the Member's professional activity, and if the insurance contract has not been fully executed or if the Member has not requested any cover.

Invoicing my activities

How are my ski days invoiced?

Your visits to each of the network's ski areas are recorded as days skied thanks to the RFID chip embedded in your card.

Every evening, if you or one of the members of your tribe uses your Ski à la Carte card, you will be invoiced for the day's skiing (1 line per member).
You can easily find all your invoices in your personal space, in the [My activities] menu.

Your invoice will be debited from your bank card during the night.

Make sure your bank card is valid, otherwise your Ski à la Carte card may be blocked overnight.

 

Payments and direct debits

What payment method can I use?

New memberships, subscriber additions and membership reactivations (as well as related services such as insurance), postage and media replacement costs are paid directly by credit card.

Invoices for ski days, other activities and membership renewals are debited the same evening from the credit card used to purchase the membership (unless you have updated your payment method in the meantime).

You must ensure that your payment method is still valid.

 

How to pay my unpaid invoice?

In case of rejection of withdrawals by your bank, your skipass are blocked and you cannot use Ski à la Carte program.
You will be informed by email.

Paying your impaid invoice is quick and easy: go to your account, click on the banner [Pay my outstanding bill] and pay with a bank card.
Payment of your invoice is attempted straight away, and subject to your bank's acceptance, your skipasses can be released immediately.

Please note: the bank card used to settle your outstanding balance becomes the valid means of payment in your account.

 

How to update my payment method?

If anything changes, you can easily update your bank card from your personal space, in [My Account].
